How we verify your age
At checkout
Your age is verified at checkout based on the information you provide — name, date of birth, and shipping/billing address.
Manual review
If we can't confirm your age automatically, we may request a photo of your government-issued ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport).
- ID images are reviewed only by trained VaporBarUS staff
- ID images are deleted within 48 hours
- We never retain ID images after verification
- ID images are never sold, shared, or used for any other purpose
At delivery
Every shipment requires an adult 21+ signature at the delivery address. The carrier checks ID before releasing the package.
If you're under 21
- Your order will be cancelled and refunded in full
- Your account will be disabled
- Attempts to fraudulently purchase may be reported to local authorities
If verification fails
- Email support@vaporbarus.com to resolve
- Provide a photo of your ID for manual review
- If confirmed 21+, your order is processed
- If not confirmed, your order is cancelled and refunded
