VaporBarUS treats every order the way we'd treat our own — with strong fraud protection on the merchant side, encrypted payment processing, and a clear path for you to report anything suspicious. Here's how we keep your purchase safe.

How we protect every order

  • Encrypted checkout. Every page on vaporbarus.com runs over SSL/TLS. Your payment data is transmitted encrypted, end to end.
  • PCI-DSS Level 1 payments. Card transactions are processed by Shopify Payments, certified to the highest payment-card industry security standard. We never see or store full card numbers.
  • CVV and address verification. Every order is checked against the cardholder's billing address (AVS) and security code (CVV). Mismatched orders are flagged.
  • Automated fraud analysis. Shopify's fraud-analysis tools score every order against industry-wide risk signals. High-risk orders are reviewed manually before they ship.
  • Age verification. Every order is verified 21+ at checkout. See our Age Policy.
  • Adult signature on delivery. Federal PACT Act requires a 21+ ID-verified signature for every shipment. No package is left at the door.

How you can protect yourself

  • Order only from vaporbarus.com. We have no resellers, eBay listings, Amazon listings, or third-party storefronts.
  • We will never ask for your full card number, CVV, password, or government ID by email or text. Real VaporBarUS messages come from @vaporbarus.com addresses only.
  • Always check your card statement against your VaporBarUS order receipt. Receipts come from Shopify on our behalf and include your order number.
  • Use a strong, unique password for your account and enable two-factor authentication on your email.

If you spot a suspicious charge

  1. Email support@vaporbarus.com right away with the date, amount, and any order number you have.
  2. Contact your card issuer or bank to report the charge and request a temporary block if needed.
  3. If it's a charge you didn't make, file a dispute through your card issuer.

We respond to fraud reports as the highest priority — typically within hours during business days, and within 24 hours otherwise.

Reporting a phishing email or fake site

If you receive an email or text claiming to be from VaporBarUS that you believe is fake, forward it to support@vaporbarus.com. We investigate every report and work with the relevant platforms to take fraudulent listings down.
