Refund policy

VaporBarUS stands behind every product we ship. Because vape products are nicotine consumables, our return policy is strict — health and safety regulations require it. The rules below apply to every order.

What we accept returns for

  • Defective on arrival — the device doesn't fire, leaks, or malfunctions out of the box
  • Wrong product received — you received a different item from what you ordered
  • Damaged in transit — the product arrived broken or visibly damaged
  • Missing items — your order is incomplete

What we cannot accept returns for

  • Opened, used, or partially used products (health and safety regulations on nicotine consumables)
  • Flavor preference — we do not accept "I didn't like the flavor" returns
  • Buyer's remorse — once delivered, unopened products are non-refundable under FDA and state regulations on tobacco products
  • Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery

How to request a return

  1. Email support@vaporbarus.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue
  3. Attach photos of the defect or damage
  4. We respond within 24 hours

If your return is approved, we will issue:

  • A replacement of the same product (preferred), or
  • Store credit for the value of the product, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method

Refund timing

  • We process approved refunds within 2 business days
  • Your bank or card issuer typically takes 5–10 business days to credit your account
  • Store credit is issued immediately

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive the package, contact us within 48 hours. We'll investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship or refund.

If a package is stolen after confirmed delivery, we recommend filing a police report and contacting the carrier directly. VaporBarUS is not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery.

Order cancellations

You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing support@vaporbarus.com. After 2 hours, the order has likely been picked and shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.

Return shipping costs

If the return is our fault — defective, wrong, or damaged — we cover the return shipping. For all other approved returns, the customer covers return shipping.
