Shipping policy

VaporBarUS ships nationwide across the United States from our San Antonio, TX warehouse. We do not ship internationally.

Shipping options

Hawaii and Alaska may incur additional charges or longer delivery times.

Federal law (the PACT Act) requires an adult 21+ signature at delivery for every VaporBarUS shipment. That means:

Someone 21 or older must be present to sign for the package
If no one is available, the carrier will leave a notice and try again — typically up to three attempts before the package is returned
We cannot ship to PO Boxes — carriers require a physical address for adult signature

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also see all your orders and their statuses in your account dashboard.

If your package is lost in transit, email support@vaporbarus.com. We'll work with the carrier and either reship or refund.

If the address you provide at checkout is incorrect, you are responsible for any reshipment cost. Always double-check before submitting.
