Ordering

Do I need to be 21 to order?

Yes. VaporBarUS strictly serves adults 21 and over. Your age is verified at checkout, and an adult 21+ signature is required at delivery.

How is my age verified?

At checkout based on the information you provide. If we can't confirm automatically, we may request a photo of a government-issued ID — reviewed only by trained staff and deleted within 48 hours.

Can I order if I'm under 21?

No. Attempting to do so violates federal law and will result in your order being cancelled and refunded.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — within 2 hours of placing it. Email support@vaporbarus.com as soon as possible.

Shipping

How fast do you ship?

Estimated delivery is 2 business days from our San Antonio, TX warehouse.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on all orders over $35.

Do you ship internationally?

No. VaporBarUS ships within the United States only.

Do you ship to my state?

We ship to most US states. If your state restricts online vape sales, your order will be cancelled and refunded automatically at checkout.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No. The PACT Act requires an adult signature at a physical address.

Will someone need to sign for the package?

Yes. Federal law requires an adult 21+ signature at delivery for every vape shipment.

Products

Are your products authentic?

100%. Sourced directly from authorized US distributors and manufacturers. We never sell grey-market, refurbished, or counterfeit devices.

What's the nicotine strength?

All our disposables are 5% salt nicotine.

Can I refill or recharge a disposable?

All our disposables are USB-C rechargeable. None are refillable — they are pre-filled at the factory.

Returns

Can I return an opened product?

No. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

What if my product is defective?

Email support@vaporbarus.com within 14 days of delivery, attach photos, and we'll send a replacement or refund.

My package was damaged in transit. What do I do?

Take photos of the box and the product, then email support@vaporbarus.com within 48 hours.

Account and privacy

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest. An account just makes future orders faster and lets you track your history.

Do you sell my information?

Never. See our Privacy Policy.
